While it prevents and reduces the negative impact associated with flower cultivation, it seeks the sustainability and competitiveness of the industry with the improvement of its practices and the promotion of high social and environmental standards.The REF program works to improve the production system of each floriculturist with the introduction of cleaner production processes. With respect to the social area, it seeks to ensure the quality of the work environment for human resources, reducing occupational risks and creating work well-being through the training and development of its personnel.
